Lanarkshire Restaurant Offers Free Breakfasts for School Kids to Tackle Poverty

That the Parliament commends the owners and staff at Billy Bunters in Motherwell for offering free breakfasts to kids before they attend school in a drive to fight poverty, and congratulates the local community for donating colouring books and learning materials for children to make use of while they eat their breakfast.
