Tribute to Emma Ritch

That the Parliament is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Emma Ritch, Executive Director of Engender, champion of equality and a passionate advocate for women’s rights; acknowledges her pioneering and outstanding work in furthering the cause of inclusivity and fairness to all; remembers her warm and witty personality and her supportive and professional work with all members of the Parliament and staff; sends condolences to her partner Kenny, family and friends, and believes that Emma’s inspiring legacy will live on to help future generations and that her light will never go out.
