Aberdeen City Council and Grease Monkey Cycles Deliver Bike Repair Equipment

  • Submitted by: Liam Kerr, North East Scotland, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party.
  • Date lodged: Friday, 16 July 2021
  • Motion reference: S6M-00691

That the Parliament welcomes the partnership between Aberdeen City Council and Scottish cycling and active travel infrastructure company, Grease Monkey Cycles, to deliver 12 bike repair stations across Aberdeen; understands that the repair stations offer cyclists a one-stop-shop with all the tools needed to maintain their bikes themselves and are manufactured in Scotland in order to minimise the company’s environmental impact, and wishes the team at Grease Monkey Cycles continued success.
