Cairngorm National Park's New Centre for Dementia Care

That the Parliament welcomes the news that the National Lottery Heritage Fund will be giving £12.5 million to the Cairngorm National Park Authority for the creation of outdoor-based health programmes and a new nature-based centre for dementia care; understands that 12 new jobs are to be created in the local area as a result of this funding award, and notes the importance of the Cairngorm National Park to the wider Highlands for its natural beauty and as an unparalleled tourist destination, which attracts hundreds of thousands of people all year round.
