Argyll-based Seafood Eateries Recognised in National Newspaper

That the Parliament welcomes the news that two renowned seafood eateries from Argyll were recognised in The Observer newspaper’s "22 best places to eat seafood around the UK coast" list; recognises that Café Fish in Tobermory, Isle of Mull and the Oban Seafood Hut, also known locally as the Wee Green Shack, were listed, alongside five other Scottish businesses on the list; understands that both businesses were commended by the award-winning chef-owner of the Inver restaurant in Argyll, Pam Brunton; acknowledges the importance of freshly caught and prepared Scottish seafood to the local economies of many coastal towns and villages and the wider tourism sector, and wishes Café Fish and the Oban Seafood Hut well for the future.
