John Lewis Partnership Introduces Equal Parenthood

That the Parliament welcomes the recent announcement from the John Lewis Partnership that it has become the first UK retailer to introduce six months equal parenthood paid leave, covering both maternity and paternity, and two weeks’ paid leave for any of its Partners who experiences the loss of a pregnancy, and congratulates, and praises, the business, for what it sees as it taking the lead as a responsible retailer by addressing issues raised by its Partners on issues that matter to them.
