Homelessness and Debt After COVID-19
- Submitted by: Emma Roddick, Highlands and Islands, Scottish National Party.

- Motion reference: S6M-00140
That the Parliament considers that, while the COVID-19 pandemic has laid social inequalities bare and increased the number of people affected by them, unfair evictions and income insecurity existed pre-pandemic; believes that many of these issues will persist post-recovery, and encourages the Scottish Government to look at whether any aspects of the COVID-19 legislation, which was brought in to support people experiencing hard times can be amended and taken forward to better protect people from homelessness and debt permanently.
