That the Parliament applauds the work of the pupils at Cramond Primary School in leading a campaign to clean up the River Almond; acknowledges that the condition of the river is making it difficult for plant life and wildlife to prosper; further acknowledges that pupils hand wrote 54 letters, illustrating their concerns; agrees more must be done to help keep the river clean; welcomes promises from the local community to make a joint effort in keeping the river clean; thanks the pupils of Cramond Primary School for bringing this matter to the attention of the Parliament, and wishes them every success with the rest of their campaign.
