That the Parliament commends Sporting Aces on its fantastic work in supporting people with physical, learning or communication difficulties to access sporting and social activities; congratulates its Operations Manager, Allwyn Crawford, and the team on being awarded £45,000 in Big Lottery funding over three years towards the re-establishment and expansion of outdoor and indoor group activities when the easing of the COVID-19 restrictions allow; applauds its development and delivery of an online suite of activities to bring families together during the pandemic; understands that, in the last year, it had a tangible impact on the lives of around 100 beneficiaries in the East Dunbartonshire Council area, with whom it had worked; sends its thanks to people in the Strathkelvin and Bearsden constituency for their continued encouragement and support of Sporting Aces, and wishes all those engaging with this dynamic organisation continued fulfilment and success in the months and years ahead.
