That the Parliament congratulates the Isle of Harris Distillery on winning a prestigious gold award for taste at the World Gin Awards 2021; understands that it has established itself as a social distillery that aims to help tackle depopulation and provide highly-skilled employment for people from the area. and welcomes its planned expansion, which aims to see it produce the first malt whisky from Harris.
