Scottish Food Guide Charter

That the Parliament commends the publication of the Scottish Food Guide Charter; notes that the Scottish Food Guide has been championing family businesses and locally-sourced food since it was launched in 2002 by Wendy Barrie of the Scottish Food Studio in Aberdour; recognises the growing importance of food tourism and of celebrating Scotland’s food culture, and welcomes the Charter’s commitment to caring about the environment, sourcing produce with care, skilfully producing artisan food and cooking with flair.
