That the Parliament congratulates Highland Home Carers on being shortlisted in three categories at the Scottish Care Awards 2020; applauds Carolanne Mainland, the care provider's Director of Operations, on winning the Positive Impact Award for navigating the organisation through the challenging circumstances associated with the COVID-19 pandemic; acknowledges the nomination of the support workers, Alexsandra Olejnik and Danny De Leest, in the Carer of the Year category; commends Bec Nicholson, who is a Trainer for Culture of Care and Person, on being shortlisted in the Care Learning Category and Tina Simpson, who is an Assistant Service Manager, on being nominated in the Management and Leadership Category; commends all of Highland Home Carers' employees for their continued high level of care for clients across the Highlands, and wishes the employee-owned company continued success and recognition.
