That the Parliament congratulates parents in North Lanarkshire on their petition, ASN Children Left in Limbo - Do NLC Even Care?, which calls on North Lanarkshire Council to allocate ASN children places at high school well before the end of February in the year that they are due to move; recognises what it considers the stress that the current situation puts parents and children under, and calls on the council to update its policies.
