That the Parliament express its gratitude to Sir Paul Grice for his service to Holyrood over the last 20 years; appreciates the work that he has done to enhance the reputation of the Parliament and strengthen it as an institution; respects the advice, assistance and counsel that he has offered to all Members, and wishes him every success in his new role as Principal and Vice-Chancellor of Queen Margaret University.
