Scottish Building Society 170th Anniversary

That the Parliament congratulates the Scottish Building Society on its 170th anniversary; recognises that it is the oldest building society in the world and the only one headquartered in Scotland; acknowledges the level of commitment that the society has to treating its members fairly and the important contribution that it has made as a mutual organisation to home ownership in Scotland, and welcomes its support of charities across Scotland and sponsorship of the Scottish Women’s Premier League.
