That the Parliament congratulates Charlene Kilpatrick on winning the Heart of the Community Award at the 2025 Celebrate Aberdeen Awards; understands that Charlene, who has lived in the Woodside area of Aberdeen for most of her life, was recognised for her work at Fersands & Fountain SCIO as well as her wider work in the community; notes that the Celebrate Aberdeen Awards, which shine a spotlight on some of the third sector organisations and individuals who work and volunteer across Aberdeen, were presented at the Chester Hotel on 1 November 2025, with eight awards being handed out to individuals and groups who make a significant impact to people’s lives; commends Charlene for her continued hard work and dedication to her community, and wishes her all the best.
