Wishaw’s Golden Spoon Café Opens Store in Glasgow City Centre

That the Parliament congratulates Karmen Matsakova, owner of the Golden Spoon Café in Wishaw, on opening her second store in Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow; understands that the Golden Spoon Café is a family-run bakery serving a range of desserts and show-stopping cakes, pastries, and other goods; notes that Karmen launched her business 18 years ago, and wishes her all the best for the future.
