That the Parliament congratulates Ciara Simpson on her successful new business, The Alexander Bakery; understands that this bakery offers delicious bakes that are made to order for customers who have gluten-free and dairy-free requirements; believes that the business was set up in September 2021 by Ciara Simpson and has seen a fantastic level of success; acknowledges what it sees as the importance of supporting local business and shopping locally, and wishes The Alexander Bakery all the best for the future.
