Glenbrae Children’s Centre Recognised for its Cyber Skills

That the Parliament welcomes the news that Glenbrae Children’s Centre has been given a top award from Digital Schools Awards Scotland (DSAS) for its work to promote the use of technology in classrooms; understands that the Greenock-based facility worked together as one big team to promote, recognise and encourage new tech skills using digital tools and ideas; notes that an assessor came to the nursery and spoke to the children and staff about what they had learned; believes that the skills the children have learned will help them stay safe online; applauds Glenbrae Children’s Centre for utilising digital technology to the benefit of both staff and children, and wishes the nursery all the best as it continues to develop the use of these tools.
