That the Parliament welcomes the news that Deafblind Scotland has won a grant totalling £8.1 million from the National Lottery Fund, enabling it to fund 246 projects across the country, including in the Greenock and Inverclyde constituency; understands that £73,654 of this grant will be used to run a Touching Lives initiative in Inverclyde, which will see volunteer trainers deliver awareness-raising sessions to community organisations, and thanks Deafblind Scotland for its continued efforts to deliver its vision of "a society in which deafblind people have the permanent support and recognition necessary to be equal citizens".
