Perth Hair Salon Named Best in Scotland

That the Parliament congratulates Perth hair salon, F & K Hair Lounge on winning the best hair salon of the year at the Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards (SHABA) 2022; notes that the hair salon, which is run by Glen Fettes and Lee Kerr, opened in 2019 and has Olympic curling champion, Eve Muirhead as one of its clients; understands that it was forced to close for a large part of 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but has fully re-opened since then, and that this award was in recognition of the salon building its business, and wishes F & K Hair Lounge all the best for the future.
