Replenish Opens New Shop in Chapelton

  • Submitted by: Liam Kerr, North East Scotland, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party.
  • Date lodged: Friday, 29 July 2022
  • Motion reference: S6M-05564

That the Parliament welcomes the opening of Replenish in the Aberdeenshire town of Chapelton; notes that the store operates as a zero waste store and refillery by encouraging customers to bring their own storage containers and bags, which in turn means that people only purchase the quantities that they need; considers that this will reduce waste and help people to save money; commends Replenish for its selling of locally-sourced, locally-produced and plastic-free products; welcomes Replenish at Chapelton's aim to champion community and sustainability, and wishes the business all the best for the future.
