  • Motion reference: S6M-05554

That the Parliament commends Alness Play Scheme and The Field for joining forces in 2022; notes that the play scheme and the community gardening project, which is supported by the Dandelion Project, put on workshops, games and even had an appearance from World’s Strongest Man winner, Tom Stoltman; understands that the project aims to teach locals how to grow and cook their own produce; notes that the workshops on offer to the children included Fyrish gymnastics, swimming, crafts, music and games, and wishes the project every success as it concludes with a big community festival on 10 September 2022.
