That the Parliament congratulates The Chocolate Bar in Ellon on being named Café of the Year in the north of Scotland region at the Scottish Café Awards 2022; recognises the challenging period that hospitality businesses have endured during the COVID-19 pandemic; understands that The Chocolate Bar has gone from strength to strength over the last seven years; welcomes the success of young businesses, which it believes are vital to the economies of towns across the country; applauds the team at The Chocolate Bar on their success, and wishes them well.
