That the Parliament congratulates Port Ellen Primary School on receiving a silver award in the Pearson National Teaching Awards for "Making a Difference - Primary School of the Year"; understands that these awards are in recognition of the life-changing impact that inspirational teachers can have on the lives of their pupils; recognises the hard work and dedication of the staff at Port Ellen Primary School to earn this award; notes the school has now been shortlisted to win a gold award later in the year, and wishes them the best of luck for this.
