Scott Chapman Receives M J Thomson Memorial Prize

That the Parliament congratulates Scott Chapman for receiving the M J Thomson Memorial Prize for being the top student in his year in Scotland; notes that Scott Chapman is a store and breeding cattle auctioneer at Thainstone Centre and heads up sales at Caithness Livestock Centre; understands that Scott Chapman received the award after graduating from Harper Adams University, where The Scottish Institute, along with the Livestock Auctioneers Association in England, supports the course as a way of providing the chance for budding auctioneers to improve their knowledge and reputation within the industry, and wishes Scott Chapman all the best for the future.
