Burntisland Harbour Community Right to Buy

That the Parliament welcomes the reported decision of the Scottish Government to impose a moratorium on the sale of the East Dock of Burntisland Harbour; recognises what it sees as the work of the Burntisland Harbour Access Trust in pursuing a community purchase of what it believes is this important local heritage site, and wishes everyone involved the best of luck with their ongoing community right to buy application.
