To ask the Scottish Government, in the implementation of Section 20 (2A) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, what guidance or regulation it has issued to licensing authorities on disability (a) equality and (b) awareness training for taxi and private hire vehicle drivers and what its position is on encouraging or requiring such training as a condition of licensing.
