Question
To ask the Scottish Government what assistance is available from NHS (a) Western Isles and (b) Orkney, (i) through the NHS board directly and (ii) in conjunction with mainland NHS boards, for patients requiring overseas travel vaccinations.
Answer
Travel vaccinations in the Western Isles and Orkney are currently offered by GPs in those Health Boards, therefore there is not a need to support travel to the mainland.
