Question

To ask the Scottish Government whether it has plans to introduce new legislation regarding prompt payment, and what the reasons are for its position on this matter.


Answer

The Scottish Government is currently discussing the Late Payment (commercial transactions) Common Framework with the UK Government, Welsh Government and the Northern Ireland Executive and will report back on this work in due course.
