To ask the Scottish Government whether it plans to include the Grace Kelly Ladybird Trust's childhood cancer signs and symptoms awareness card as part of the Personal Child Health Record.
The Scottish Government is currently in discussions with the Grace Kelly Ladybird Trust about the inclusion of the childhood cancer symptoms card in the Scottish Personal Child Health Record.
