To ask the Scottish Government what guidance it has produced on the options appraisal process used by NHS boards to analyse infrastructure investment.
The refreshed Scottish Capital Investment Manual (SCIM) will be published in the New Year following a six week consultation period with NHS boards. The SCIM has a specific section dedicated to the option appraisal and can be accessed at the following website:http://www.pcpd.scot.nhs.uk/capital/scimpilot.htm
