To ask Scottish Government what assessment it has made of the correlation between increased expenditure for the personal care of older people in their own homes and quality of care provision.
Following the implementation of The Public Services Reform (Social Services Inspections) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012 earlier this year the Care Inspectorate now inspect care at home services for the elderly on an annual basis.
