Question

To ask the Scottish Executive what the cost has been of the Forth Replacement Crossing and whether it will remain within budget based on current costs.

Answer

The cost of the Forth Replacement Crossing project to March 2012 is £235 million. The project remains on track for a total outturn cost of £1.45 to £1.6 billion.
