Oath
Our first item of business this afternoon is taking of the oath by our new member. I invite Bill Bowman to take the oath.
I, William Archibald Bowman, do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, her heirs and successors, according to law, so help me God. [Applause.]
