Our next item of business is consideration of business motion S5M-06270, in the name of Joe FitzPatrick, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, on the suspension of standing orders in relation to consideration of a Scottish statutory instrument later this afternoon.
Motion moved,
That the Parliament agrees that, for the purpose of consideration of the Prohibited Procedures on Protected Animals (Exemptions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 [draft], in Rule 10.6.5 of the Standing Orders, the second and third sentences are suspended.—[Joe FitzPatrick]
