Agenda item 2 is consideration of two affirmative instruments. Although no points have been raised on the draft Representation of the People (Annual Canvass) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2020, it is worth pointing out that the instrument was withdrawn and relaid following questions that were raised by the committee’s legal advisers.
