Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 17th meeting in 2017 of the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee. I ask everyone to ensure that their mobile phones are on silent. We have apologies from Fulton MacGregor, who will not be joining us for this meeting.
Is the committee content to consider the approach paper to stage 1 scrutiny of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Bill, which is agenda item 4, in private?
