Agenda item 2 is consideration of a negative instrument. I refer members to paper 3, which is a note by the clerk. If the committee wishes to report the instrument to the Parliament, it has until 28 May to do so.
Members have no comments, so I ask whether members are agreed that the committee does not wish to make any recommendations in relation to the instrument.
