The first item on our agenda is subordinate legislation. We have two instruments that are subject to negative procedure to consider. The first instrument is the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017—Scottish statutory instrument 2017/287. No motion to annul the instrument has been lodged, and the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee has not made any comments on the instrument. There are no comments from members.
