Public Procurement etc (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Amendment (No 2) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/414)
Agenda item 4 is subordinate legislation and the item under consideration is again the Public Procurement etc (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Amendment (No 2) Regulations 2019. The regulations address retained EU law, enabling it to operate effectively; they also address other deficiencies arising from the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union. As no member has any substantive issues to raise, is the committee content that the instrument should come into force?
