We also have two instruments to consider that have been made and laid under the provisional affirmative procedure.

Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (Tax Rates and Tax Bands) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020 (SSI 2020/24)

The Convener

Unlike the other affirmative instruments on our agenda, SSI 2020/18 and SSI 2020/24 have already come into force, but they require approval by the Parliament within 28 days of being made, if they are to remain in force.

No points have been raised on the instruments. Is the committee content with them?

Members indicated agreement.
