Decision on Taking Business in Private
Good afternoon. I welcome everyone to the 23rd meeting in 2020 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. We have apologies from three of our members: Gordon Lindhurst, Gil Paterson—I welcome Brian Whittle and Tom Arthur, who are attending in their place—and Mary Fee. Graham Simpson is joining us today and will speak later.
The first item of business is to propose that the committee takes items 6 to 9 in private, as they involve consideration of reports that will be published once they are agreed. Does the committee agree to take items 6 to 9 in private?
Members indicated agreement.
