Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Amendment (Coronavirus) Order 2020 (SSI 2020/268)
Also on the agenda is SSI 2020/268. Yesterday, members will have received a written submission from Shelter Scotland, in which it highlights some concerns about the order. I am mindful that members will have just seen that note and that we have time to consider the instrument at our next meeting.
Are members therefore content to defer the committee’s consideration of the instrument until Tuesday 15 September?
