Good morning, and welcome to the 18th meeting in 2017 of the Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Relations Committee. I remind members and the public to turn off mobile phones. Our first item of business is to welcome Rachael Hamilton MSP back to the committee and invite her to declare any relevant interests.
