Decision on Taking Business in Private
I welcome members to the 19th meeting in 2018 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. We have had apologies from Alison Harris, so Bill Bowman is taking her place today.
Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that we take in private items 5 and 6. Item 5 is consideration of the delegated powers provisions in the Historical Sexual Offences (Pardons and Disregards) (Scotland) Bill after stage 2, and item 6 is consideration of correspondence from the Minister for Parliamentary Business with regard to the proposed delegated powers provisions in the Islands (Scotland) Bill at stage 3.
