On the 7 December, the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government to highlight a submission we received from Inclusion Scotland as part of our evidence gathering on the above. This submission, attached at Annexe A, outlines in detail the views of Inclusion Scotland on the instrument and the Committee believed that it was important to raise these directly with you.
