Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, colleagues, and welcome to the fifth meeting of the Finance Committee in the fifth session of the Scottish Parliament. As usual, I remind members to switch off their mobile phones or at least put them into a mode that will not interfere with today’s business.
