Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 21st meeting of the committee in 2018. I welcome members back after the summer recess. I also take the opportunity to congratulate our former members Mairi Gougeon and Richard Lochhead on their ministerial appointments, and I thank them for their contribution to the work of the committee.
