Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the third meeting of the Social Security Committee in 2020. I remind everyone present to turn off their mobile phones or switch them to silent mode, so that they do not disturb the meeting. We have received one apology: unfortunately, our colleague Shona Robison is not able to be with us this morning.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private item 3, which is consideration of evidence. Does the committee agree to do so?
